Property Management Techno-Functional Consultant

Role overview

Property management operations

• Support prospect management, unit allocation, lease creation, renewals, amendments, terminations, and tenant move-in or move-out.
• Configure leasing, contract management, tenant refunds, billing, CAM or service charges, and property expense allocation.
• Support commercial, residential, and mixed-use property operations and recommend process improvements.

Systems and integrations

• Configure LEMS workflows, business rules, dashboards, reports, approvals, property structures, and master data.
• Support Oracle Fusion Financials integration across GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Revenue Recognition, and SLA.
• Manage integrations with ERP, Finance, CRM, payment gateway, and document management systems, including API and data-exchange issues.

Implementation and testing

• Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, rollouts, data migration, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, test scripts, and technical documentation.
• Execute UAT, regression, and integration testing and coordinate defect resolution.

Analysis and user support

• Gather and analyse requirements, identify process gaps, and translate needs into workflows, configurations, and system solutions.
• Configure reporting and dashboards, reconcile data, and identify quality issues, exceptions, and trends.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, training, demonstrations, knowledge transfer, SOPs, and user guides.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Five to ten years of experience in property management, real estate systems, ERP, or related technology environments.
• At least three years of hands-on LEMS experience and experience with leasing, billing, refunds, CAM or service charges, and property expenses.
• Experience with LEMS implementation, upgrades, data migration, UAT, reporting, troubleshooting, production support, and Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Knowledge of budgeting controls, ERP integrations, finance-related property processes, and techno-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Relevant certifications and experience with process optimization, digital transformation, large portfolios, or additional integrations are preferred.

Technical skills

• LEMS, property and leasing management, contract management, tenant refunds, billing, receivables, and property expense allocation.
• Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Revenue Recognition, and Oracle SLA.
• ERP integrations, APIs, data exchange, UAT, regression testing, data migration, dashboards, reporting, workflows, access controls, and documentation.
