Role Overview
The Product Genius acts as a brand ambassador and customer experience specialist.
The role focuses on educating customers about vehicle features, technologies, benefits, and suitable options rather than selling.
The role includes customer demonstrations and test drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product expertise and demonstrations.
- Deliver customer experience and engagement activities.
- Support sales teams and collaborate on customer activities without direct sales pressure.
- Provide training and share product knowledge.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback.
- Manage OEM systems and CRM platforms, including Keyloop/Autoline.
Profile Requirements
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and technical capability.
- UAE driving license held for at least one year.
- Previous automotive customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explaining technical topics to guests in non-technical terms.
- Excellent administration, organization, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
- Passion for the product and ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Native Arabic speaker.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or automotive technology is preferred.
- Four to six years of experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with OEM systems and CRM platforms such as Keyloop/Autoline is preferred.
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Product knowledge, product demonstration, customer experience management, and automotive technology familiarity.
- Presentation, communication, market awareness, and competitor awareness.
- Customer focus, accountability, ownership, adaptability, collaboration, influence, and result orientation.

- The listed locations are Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
