Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting and tenancy transactions within PACT
- Maintain tenancy records, lease details, rental schedules, renewals, and service charges
- Ensure accurate financial postings and ledger integrity
- Monitor tenant and landlord accounts and maintain accurate records
- Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Manage rent collection, service charges, and tenant receivables
- Track outstanding payments and maintain aging reports
- Issue invoices, statements, receipts, and account reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and highlight collection or payment concerns
- Perform bank reconciliations and tenant ledger reconciliations
- Reconcile PACT balances with the general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial reports, landlord statements, and cash flow summaries
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or facilities management
- Hands on experience with PACT software is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Exposure to UAE Corporate Tax requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- ACCA, CMA, CPA, or similar professional qualification (preferred)

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Property Management Accountant to manage the full accounting and tenancy management function within the PACT software environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable, tenant and landlord ledgers, reconciliations, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and supporting audit and corporate tax requirements.
- This role is ideal for a detail oriented accounting professional with prior experience in property management accounting and strong hands on knowledge of PACT software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting and tenancy transactions within PACT.
- Maintain tenancy records, lease details, rental schedules, renewals, and service charges.
- Ensure accurate financial postings and ledger integrity.
- Monitor tenant and landlord accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for PACT related accounting matters.
- Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Manage rent collection, service charges, and tenant receivables.
- Track outstanding payments and maintain aging reports.
- Issue invoices, statements, receipts, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and highlight any collection or payment concerns.

Requirements

Compensation
- Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
