Overview

We are seeking a highly competent, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant & Renewals Administrator to join our Property Management company in Dubai.

This role requires a candidate who can take ownership of accounting and renewal operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling day-to-day accounting functions, rent collections, reconciliations, tenancy renewals, tenant and landlord coordination, and property-related documentation with minimal supervision while maintaining strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable and tax compliance for real estate entities
  • Record rental collections, security deposits, and tenant payments
  • Monitor landlord payments, utility payments, and operational expenses
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and reconciliations
  • Carry out timely payment and document follow ups
  • Support senior management with financial and operational insights for decision making
  • Maintain ledgers, petty cash, and bank reconciliations for month-end and year-end
  • Prepare financial statements for properties, including balance sheets and cash flow statements
  • Assist with VAT filing, corporate tax preparation, company audits and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with banks regarding transfers, cheque deposits, and related matters
  • Handle tenant lease renewals, renewal invoicing and payment collection as per renewal timelines of the company
  • Accurately maintain and update renewals tracker
  • Renew Ejaris and coordinate with Dubai Real Estate Corporation for Ejari related inquiries or follow ups
  • Prepare renewal files and documents for management approvals
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments and financial documentation
  • Preparation of employee’s Payroll and managing WPS**.**

  • Must have exceptional reporting and updating skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management in the UAE
  • Knowledge of VAT, UAE accounting standards, and corporate tax requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial analysis.

Preferred

  • Experience in property management accounting
  • Familiarity with tenancy contracts, Ejari, and rental tracking
  • Experience handling renewals, tenant accounts, and landlord statements
  • Experience managing multi-property accounts
  • Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
