- Own the full month end close process for all managed properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA standards
- Compile, analyze, and monitor property level financial data, and review and challenge property owner reports
- Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor liquidity across the property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Leasing, Legal, and Operations) as well as external property managers
- Supervise tenant billing and collection matters in coordination with the Property Management team
- Supervise vendor billing and payment matters in coordination with the Property Management team
Requirements
- Experience in property financial control
- Knowledge of IFRS and SOCPA standards
- Experience with month end close and financial reporting
