Organizational & People Strategy
- Partner with leadership to define organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent priorities aligned with company objectives
- Lead organizational design initiatives to support scale, efficiency, and accountability
Performance Management & Development
- Operationalize performance review frameworks, goal-setting processes, and leadership development programs
- Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, succession planning, and team effectiveness
Employee Experience & Culture
- Strengthen employee engagement, onboarding, retention, and internal communication
- Ensure company values and leadership behaviors are embedded into day-to-day operations and people practices
Compensation & Benefits
- Partner with Finance and leadership on compensation benchmarking, incentive design, and workforce budgeting
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure competitiveness within regional markets
Hr Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, Saudization and Emiratisation requirements, employment contracts, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Oversee HR systems, employee records, reporting, and operational processes across the employee lifecycle
Hr Systems & Process Improvement
- Improve HR infrastructure, workflows, policies, and automation capabilities to support scale and operational efficiency
- Leverage HR analytics and technology to improve decision-making and organizational insight
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor the HR team while establishing scalable operating standards, SLAs, and leadership expectations
- Create first-principles playbooks for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle operations
