This is a full-time, on-site Messenger position based in the United Arab Emirates.
The role delivers documents, small packages, and other materials between offices, clients, and business partners.
The position supports administrative staff and time-sensitive delivery requests.
Core Duties
- Deliver documents and small packages safely and efficiently.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain required signatures.
- Handle sensitive materials confidentially.
- Assist with basic office errands and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Follow company procedures and provide courteous service to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and basic record-keeping skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of local UAE routes and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and confidentiality when handling sensitive materials.
- Physical ability to walk and carry light packages during the workday.
- Previous messenger, courier, or similar support experience is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Qualifications
- Additional customer service or office administration training is beneficial.
- A valid driver's license may be required where applicable under local regulations.
