Role Overview
The Property Consultant facilitates property buying and selling, generates leads, builds client relationships, and manages sales transactions.
The role guides clients through real estate decisions, provides market advice, negotiates deals, and supports smooth transactions.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients about their real estate needs, preferences, and financial goals.
- Evaluate property values and recommend suitable options using local market conditions.
- Prepare listings, assist with property searches, arrange showings, and guide buyers through purchases.
- Market seller properties, arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and manage transactions through closing.
- Generate leads, maintain client relationships, and provide timely responses to inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, property laws, competitive activity, available properties, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Build a network of mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other real estate service providers.
- Work with sales and management on strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and sales activity.
- Keep accurate records, resolve concerns professionally, comply with HSE regulations, and complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
- Real estate experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics, and property valuation is a plus.
- CRM systems and sales tools experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
