Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Intern supports daily operations and gains exposure to real estate sales processes, developer relations, and investment advisory activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist consultants with property listings, update databases, and prepare marketing materials.
- Conduct market research on real estate trends and help coordinate property viewings.
- Provide administrative support through document preparation and data entry.
- Maintain client communication records and support social media and the online presence.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in real estate, property management, or a related field, with a desire to learn and grow in the UAE market.
- Basic research, data collection, and analysis skills are required for market studies and property comparisons.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities are required.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools is required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or real estate platforms is a plus.
- A relevant academic background in business, real estate, finance, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages commonly used in the UAE are advantageous.
