Purpose
- To drive revenue growth by selling tailored HVAC solutions, leveraging technical expertise and market insights.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors to foster loyalty and generate leads.
- Engage with key clients involved in mega projects to cultivate trust and establish long term strategic partnerships.
- Develop and present customized proposals, drawing on prior success in estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC solutions.
- Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, stock availability, and pricing during site visits.
- Lead and support commercial negotiations by preparing terms and coordinating stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlog reports to monitor progress against targets.
- Provide expert technical support by responding to inquiries on product features, specifications, and applications.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry developments in the HVAC sector.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all client interactions.
- Monitor key sales performance indicators and prepare regular reports to assess progress.
