Purpose

  • To drive revenue growth by selling tailored HVAC solutions, leveraging technical expertise and market insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors to foster loyalty and generate leads.
  • Engage with key clients involved in mega projects to cultivate trust and establish long term strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and present customized proposals, drawing on prior success in estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC solutions.
  • Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, stock availability, and pricing during site visits.
  • Lead and support commercial negotiations by preparing terms and coordinating stakeholder alignment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlog reports to monitor progress against targets.
  • Provide expert technical support by responding to inquiries on product features, specifications, and applications.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry developments in the HVAC sector.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all client interactions.
  • Monitor key sales performance indicators and prepare regular reports to assess progress.
