- Drive HVAC sales growth with a strong focus on Commercial Solutions (ACS) and small to medium CAC projects
- Promote Shaker Group's HVAC Solutions by aligning customer needs with company offerings
- Build and manage long term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify, qualify, and close new HVAC sales opportunities with emphasis on new business growth
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, products, and services to differentiate Shaker Group
- Achieve assigned sales targets for HVAC product lines, market areas, and channels
- Prepare competitive, high quality estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analyses
- Negotiate value based HVAC solutions to close deals under management guidance
- Provide regular updates to management on market changes and customer progress
- Prepare weekly and monthly HVAC sales forecasts and backlog reports
- Utilize CRM and sales tools effectively to plan, document, and track progress
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales schedules
