Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors to foster loyalty, generate leads, and expand business opportunities
- Engage with key clients involved in mega projects to cultivate trust and establish long term strategic partnerships
- Develop and present customized proposals, drawing on prior success in estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC solutions
- Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, stock availability, and pricing during site visits
- Lead and support commercial negotiations by preparing terms, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and securing agreements
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and backlog reports to monitor progress against targets
- Provide expert technical support by responding to inquiries on product features, specifications, and applications
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with customer requirements
- Stay abreast of technological advancements, industry developments, and competitive dynamics
- Monitor key sales performance indicators and prepare regular reports to assess progress
Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF, DX, and CHW solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- High level of professionalism and ethics in client interactions
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Requirements
