Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment, appliances, air conditioning, and home appliances
- Organize routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions under the guidance of technicians
- Support other team members as needed
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to schedule maintenance tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction by completing jobs effectively
- Maintain inventory of necessary tools, consumables, and spares in the service vehicle
- Drive to different locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs as needed
- Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and guidelines
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or technicians
- Maintain good relationships with customers through professional behavior and hygiene
Requirements
- Ability to assist in maintaining and repairing equipment, appliances, air conditioning, and home appliances
- Valid driving license to drive to different locations
- Adherence to safety practices and use of PPE

Purpose
- The assistant technician provides support to technicians in the maintenance, repair, and installation of various equipment, Appliances, Air Conditions, and products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment, Appliances, Air conditioning, and Home appliances products.
- Organize routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
