- Identify and secure project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Develop strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, and MEP contractors
- Manage end to end sales cycles from product selection to delivery
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Coordinate with principal company for pricing, approvals, and product selections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 4 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or building materials
- Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors
- Sound knowledge of tender processes, project sales cycles, and technical product selection
- Proven track record in achieving project sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency

Job Description
- Identify and secure project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors by developing strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, and MEP contractors to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
- Manage end to end sales cycles from product selection, pricing, and submittals to negotiation and delivery to ensure on time project completion and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to advise management on strategic decisions and business growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the principal company for pricing, approvals, and product selections as per project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 4 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or building materials
- Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors; sound knowledge of tender processes, project sales cycles, and technical product selection.
- Proven track record in achieving project sales targets; excellent negotiation and presentation skills; leadership and mentoring ability; advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency.
