About the Role
Target Engineering seeks an experienced Project Mechanical QC Manager for the Hail & Gasha Development Project, a major EPC oil & gas initiative. - Lead and manage the Mechanical QC team across site operations
- Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCP) and inspection strategies
- Ensure compliance with EPC standards, client requirements, and international codes (ASME, API, ISO)
- Oversee inspections for static and rotating equipment, piping, structural steel, and pressure vessels
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams to resolve quality issues
- Review and approve ITPs, WPS/PQRs, method statements, and inspection reports
- Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce quality standards
- Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
- Interface directly with client representatives and third party inspectors
- Ensure readiness for pre commissioning and commissioning activities
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in QC within EPC Oil & Gas projects
- At least 5 years in a managerial/lead QC role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Must have Lead Auditor Certification Course
- Certifications such as CSWIP / BGAS / NDT Level II/III are a plus
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO)

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Mechanical QC Manager to lead quality control functions for the prestigious Hail & Gasha Development Project, a major EPC initiative in the oil & gas sector.

Your Role
- Lead and manage the Mechanical QC team across site operations.
- Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCP) and inspection strategies.
- Ensure compliance with EPC standards, client requirements, and international codes (ASME, API, ISO).

What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in QC within EPC Oil & Gas projects; at least 5 years in a managerial/lead QC role; proven experience in large scale EPC projects (preferably offshore or mega projects).
- Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; certifications such as CSWIP / BGAS / NDT Level II/III are a plus; must have Lead Auditor Certification Course.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications; strong attention to detail and reporting skills; strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO).
