Job Summary
Support program governance and project controls for the final assembly line program.
Use standardized processes, tools, reporting, and coordination to manage program delivery.
Support risks, actions, milestones, performance metrics, and governance requirements across internal and customer-facing forums.
Program Governance
- Prepare agendas, presentations, metrics, and supporting materials for governance reviews.
- Maintain governance calendars, inputs, actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for program reviews and executive reporting.
- Support consistent application of PMO governance processes, tools, and standards.
Risk and Action Management
- Maintain program risk and action registers and coordinate updates with functional owners.
- Track mitigation plans, overdue actions, and key dependencies.
- Escalate critical risks, issues, and overdue actions to program leadership.
- Support development and tracking of recovery and mitigation plans.
