De Havilland Aircraft of Canada recherche un ERP Systems Analyst relevant du gestionnaire ERP.
La personne soutiendra l’application IFS, ses intégrations et ses personnalisations dans l’ensemble des services TI.
Le rôle combine le soutien applicatif, le développement ERP et la réalisation de projets répondant aux besoins métier.
Responsabilités
- Agir comme expert interne IFS ERP pour les équipes métier.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes de fonctionnalité applicative.
- Gérer les améliorations applicatives, les tests, la documentation et les communications.
- Configurer et tester les logiciels selon les exigences et les pratiques IFS.
- Maintenir la documentation, l’intégrité et la disponibilité des données système.
- Analyser les processus et développer des flux de travail optimisés dans IFS.
- Recueillir les exigences, définir les projets et livrer les solutions aux opérations.
- Optimiser le reporting avec IFS ou des outils externes.
- Fournir du soutien de deuxième et troisième niveaux ainsi que de la formation aux utilisateurs.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme technique en informatique, TI ou domaine connexe.
