Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the strategy for multiple related avionics upgrade projects.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage resources, program budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide leadership updates, progress reports, status meetings, and program analytics.
- Implement process improvements across program management.
