Position Overview
Lead execution and delivery of a critical mechanical package within a large-scale offshore EPC development in Qatar.
Act as the focal point for package activities, ensuring delivery against project objectives, contractual requirements, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the mechanical package throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Define and coordinate package scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
- Lead package execution in line with project objectives and milestones.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, HSE, logistics, and project controls teams.
- Manage interfaces across disciplines, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement recovery actions.
Role Requirements
- Experienced project package manager with mechanical package management experience.
- Experience working in large-scale offshore EPC project environments.
- Capability to manage package scope, schedule, cost, interfaces, stakeholders, risks, and execution.
