Project Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real. You will also bring:

Experience: 2+ years of dedicated Project Marketing experience within the Property Development, Residential Real Estate, New Home, or Master planned Land sector.

Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, sound budget management, robust media-planning skills, and the capacity to coordinate community events.

Mindset: A highly proactive, strategic, and commercially minded approach, with a genuine love for dividing your time between corporate hubs and coastal project sites.
