Assistant Development Manager

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real. You will also bring:

Proven experience in the property development industry, preferably focusing on residential land, civil works, or masterplanned communities. Experience with cost control, project forecasting, and commercial administration is essential.

A tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Business, Development, Economics, or a related built-environment discipline is highly regarded.

Strong contract and procurement skills, high commercial and financial literacy (feasibility tools and SAP experience are highly regarded), and advanced communication and negotiation skills.

A proactive, driven, and self-assured approach. You are resilient, keen to learn and grow, and have a strong commitment to team collaboration and high ethical standards.
