Project Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real. You will also bring:

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience in the residential property development or real estate sector highly regarded. Proven exposure to digital marketing channels (EDMs, social media platforms, and website CMS).

Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related commercial discipline. A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory for site travel.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Foundational skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and a basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing project timelines.

Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated professional with a high attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for achieving premium marketing outcomes.
