Project Manager - Utilities

Experience leading teams of engineers, project managers, and technical staff

Effective communication skills to keep airport personnel and stakeholders engaged and informed on airport utilities and utility-related projects

Strong background in coordinating with public and private utility providers, government agencies, and regulatory bodies

Ability to work onsite full-time at Midway International Airport with the program management team

Knowledge and experience working with construction software specific to utility design and coordination, including but not limited to CAD, BIM, ACC, etc.

Ideally, you will also have

Familiarity with FAA regulations and utility agreements for airports

Experience negotiating agreements with major utility providers

Knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure for large-scale facilities

Professional registration and/or certifications with a preference for at least one of the following: PE, PLS, CCM or PMP

This position will be part of a joint venture team and the selected candidate will be hired by Jacobs, or one of the JV or teaming partners.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $165,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
