- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate multiple consultancy workstreams and stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Organize client meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and governance documentation.
- Manage stakeholder communications and action tracking.
- Support proposal development, RFP/RFQ submissions, and partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across academy development, product development, accreditation partnerships, marketing, business development, government engagement, and commercialization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Management, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
- 5–8 years of project management, programme coordination, or consulting experience
- Experience in consulting, education, training, transformation, or government projects is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira

About the Role
- SaveFast Training Academy is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Strategic Consulting & Programme Delivery to support the successful delivery of high profile strategic consulting projects across the UAE.
- The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants, and stakeholders to coordinate strategic initiatives, ensure project governance, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver projects on time and to the highest professional standards.
