Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Data Management:** Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, sales reports, and customer databases.
• **Performance Analysis:** Analyze product performance and sales trends across different segments and markets.
• **Insight Generation:** Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities within customer behavior and purchasing trends.
• **Visualization:** Develop dashboards, reports, and clear visualizations to present findings to internal stakeholders.
• **Strategic Support:** Support the team in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs.

Requirements

• **Advanced Excel:** High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning).
• **Data Tools:** Familiarity with data visualization tools such as **Power BI** or **Tableau**.
• **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into structured business insights.
