About the Role
SaveFast Training Academy seeks an experienced IT & Business Systems Administrator to manage technology infrastructure, business applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), user support, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
- Manage Zoho CRM user administration, permissions, workflows, lead/customer database, and custom reporting
- Administer Zoho Books user access, customer/vendor master data, and support CRM integrations
- Support and administer Learning Management System (LMS), HR systems, document management, and project management platforms
- Lead employee onboarding/offboarding, laptop/workstation setup, software installations, and user troubleshooting
- Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments (emails, user accounts, licenses, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint)
- Oversee asset tracking, hardware inventory, warranty management, and equipment procurement
- Maintain internet/Wi Fi networks, printers, and communication systems, coordinating with external IT providers
- Monitor data accuracy, drive database cleanup, and build operational, CRM, and KPI dashboards
- Administer Multi Factor Authentication, enforce password policies, manage endpoint protection, conduct user access reviews, monitor backups, and coordinate disaster recovery
- Coordinate website updates, manage domains/hosting, monitor lead capture, build Power Automate and Zoho workflows, and develop AI use cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3 5 years of hands on experience managing Zoho Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One)
- 3 5 years of administrative experience in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Suite
- 2 3 years of experience managing physical and virtual assets, PCs, desktops, servers, and network connectivity devices
- Certification in Zoho Suite, Creator, CRM/Books, Microsoft, or other relevant platform

About the Role
- SaveFast is seeking a versatile IT & Business Systems Administrator to take full ownership of our technology landscape.
- You will manage technology infrastructure, business applications, user support services, digital platforms, and data systems.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Handle Zoho CRM user administration/permissions, process and workflow management, lead and customer database administration, data quality monitoring, and custom reporting/dashboards.
- Manage Zoho Books user access, maintain customer and vendor master data, support CRM integrations, and assist Finance team with reporting.
- Administer and support Learning Management System (LMS), HR systems, document management systems, project management platforms, and digital form/workflow tools.
- Lead employee onboarding/offboarding, laptop/workstation setup, software installations, maintenance, and day to day user troubleshooting.
- Administer Google Workspace (emails, user accounts, licenses, shared mailboxes, distribution groups) alongside Microsoft 365 environments (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
- Oversee asset tracking, hardware inventory, warranty management, and equipment procurement support.
- Maintain internet and Wi Fi networks, printers, and communication systems, coordinating with external IT providers when needed.
- Monitor record accuracy, drive database cleanup activities, and build operational, CRM, and KPI dashboards.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands on experience managing and administering the Zoho Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One).
- 3–5 years of administrative experience in Google Workspace and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- 2–3 years of experience managing physical and virtual assets, PCs, desktops, servers, and network connectivity devices in a professional environment.
- Certification in Zoho Suite, Creator, CRM/Books, Microsoft, or any other relevant platform is required.
