Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and HR compliance
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Support payroll administration, benefits management, and end of service calculations
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards
- Support performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in implementing operational policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support budgeting, cost control, resource planning, and asset management
- Coordinate operational projects and business improvement initiatives
- Work closely with senior management to align operations with company objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR and Operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HR systems, reporting, and operational process management
- CIPD or other HR certifications are an advantage

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can independently manage HR functions while supporting operational excellence across the organization.
