Executive Summary

We are seeking a highly credentialed and strategically-minded **Senior Medical Instructor** to spearhead our clinical education department.

This role demands a unique synthesis of high-level clinical instruction and rigorous regulatory management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of training delivery, facility accreditation, and ensuring unwavering compliance with the **Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS)** and the **Dubai Health Authority (DHA)**.

Core Responsibilities1. Pedagogical Leadership & Clinical Instruction

  • Execute high-fidelity training programs for **Basic Life Support (BLS)** and **Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)**.
  • Maintain the integrity of the **AREMT** curriculum, ensuring all training meets international and local standards.
  • Facilitate Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and HABC Level 3 First Aid courses as required by client demand.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Facility Management

  • Act as the primary liaison for **DCAS Facility Licensing**, managing the physical and administrative requirements for recurring inspections.
  • Oversee the application, documentation, and approval processes for **Continuing Medical Education (CME)** programs via DHA.
  • Ensure all training activities strictly adhere to the updated regulatory frameworks of the UAE healthcare landscape.

3. Operational Oversight & Logistics

  • Exercise high-level autonomy in strategic decision-making regarding training schedules and resource allocation.
  • Manage the technical procurement of specialized medical simulation equipment and maintain a robust inventory of clinical consumables.
  • Coordinate multi-site training delivery, requiring frequent travel to corporate and operational hubs.

Professional Requirementsmandatory Clinical Certifications

  • **AREMT Certified Instructor:** Valid certification (or demonstrated capability to obtain certification immediately upon appointment).
  • **AHA/ASHI Instructor:** Current status in **BLS** and **ACLS**.
  • **DCAS License:** Must hold a valid **DCAS Instructor License**.

Preferred Qualifications

  • **PALS Instructor:** Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is highly advantageous.
  • **HABC Certification:** Level 3 International Award in First Aid (HABC) license.

Regulatory & Legal Prerequisites

  • **Visa Sponsorship:** In accordance with DCAS regulations, the candidate must be under the company’s **direct visa sponsorship** to maintain instructor licensing.
  • **Mobility:** A valid **UAE Driving License** and ownership of a private vehicle are essential for the fulfillment of site-specific training duties.
