Role Overview
12-month contract Project Manager role with a client located in Calgary.
Lead delivery of ServiceNow Customer Service Management projects and programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow CSM projects and programs.
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and dependencies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and business requirement alignment.
- Facilitate workshops defining solution requirements and priorities.
- Coordinate developers, architects, analysts, testers, and vendors.
- Monitor project health, risks, issues, and mitigation activities.
- Ensure adherence to the AESO Solution Delivery LifeCycle.
- Provide executive reporting, status updates, and delivery metrics.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow project management experience.
- Minimum 7 years managing enterprise technology or transformation projects.
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Strong practical experience managing CSM projects; the source description ends before completing this requirement.
