Position Overview
MatchBox is seeking an IT Support Analyst for a permanent position with a client based in Langley, British Columbia.
This entry-level IT role supports day-to-day technical services, internal tools, testing, and documentation under the guidance of senior IT team members.
Workplace
- The role is on-site in Langley, British Columbia, five days per week.
- The office is not accessible by public transportation, so a personal vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Windows, Microsoft 365, and approved software and manage help desk tickets.
- Assist with setup, installation, onboarding, and access requests, and escalate complex issues.
- Support development, testing, and documentation of internal tools using Python under senior review.
- Follow test procedures and document outcomes, defects, and guides.
- Follow security and data-protection practices, report issues immediately, and obtain approval before production changes.
- Participate in training, ask questions, and collaborate across teams.
