Role Overview
The employer is seeking a GTM Project Manager for a permanent role with a client located in Vancouver.
The role owns go-to-market execution across market validation, product definition, build, pilots, launch, and scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
- Prepare executive-level status reports and proactively manage risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain GTM frameworks, project trackers, delivery standards, documentation, and process discipline.
- Drive alignment, remove blockers, hold teams accountable, and lead GTM planning and execution forums.
- Structure pilots with banks and customers, including scope, duration, success criteria, and exit conditions.
- Align Product, Sales, and Success teams around pilot objectives and track performance.
- Translate pilot outcomes into go/no-go recommendations and inform iteration and scaling decisions.
- Coordinate execution across multiple bank partners and drive post-launch adoption and iteration.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of dedicated project management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or a similarly complex environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred; equivalent structured project management training will be considered.
