About the Role
Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the installation of Sensormatic traffic and demographic metrics systems in shopping malls and retail stores across the Middle East and Africa.

- Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores
- Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems
- Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and internal planners
- Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality
- Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions
- Ensure compliance with project management and health & safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes
- Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover
- Strive for right first time installations; capture learnings and reporting
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build long term relationships
Requirements
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Good working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures
- Organized, methodical, and process driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills

What you will do
- You will be responsible for the successful delivery of our solutions across all your assigned client accounts in the Middle East and Africa region (MEA).
- Your responsibility is to oversee the installation of Traffic and demographic metrics systems in all new Shopping Mall and Retail store openings and refits.
How you will do it
- Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
