About the Role
Johnson Controls seeks a Project Manager to lead the rollout of Sensormatic traffic and demographic metrics systems across shopping malls and retail stores in the MEA region. You will oversee installation, coordinate resources, and ensure project delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.

- Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs
- Ensure compliance with project management and health & safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes
- Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build long term relationships
Requirements
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience

What You Will Do
- You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Sensormatic solutions across assigned client accounts in MEA.
- Oversee installation of traffic and demographic metrics systems in new Shopping Mall and Retail store openings and refits.
How You Will Do It
- Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
- Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and internal planners.
- Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions.
- Ensure compliance with project management and health & safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.
- Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover.
- Strive for right first time installations; capture learnings and reporting.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build long term relationships.
