Overview

As a

Project Manager

  • , you will be responsible for the timely implementation and delivery of assigned projects and processes.
  • You ll plan, coordinate, report, and ensure smooth handover to the business, while building strong relationships across internal organizations and supporting country teams.
  • You will make a difference here if:
  • Delivering assigned projects and taking corrective actions when results deviate from expectations.
  • Driving initiatives to achieve objectives, minimize risks, and improve team quality.
  • Ensuring high quality execution of one time projects and process changes.
  • Supporting financial business cases with data analysis and research.
  • Setting up project governance, reporting, and templates.
  • Coordinating with Commercial, MS, Finance, and Operations teams to define priorities and gather insights.
  • Monitoring schedules, budgets, and logging project information.
  • Establishing policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Driving cross functional alignment and smooth execution across departments.
  • Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicating updates and outcomes clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Promoting continuous improvement through lessons learned and enhancements.
  • Leading or supporting change management initiatives for adoption of new processes and tools.
  • You'll drive towards success if:
  • Organized and structured with strong attention to details
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Data analysis (export high volumes of data from Microstrategy), structure data, and build financial models to ease decision-making
  • Capacity to draft specs around financial flows (operational systems/accounting)
  • Experience in interfacing with clients (as we will be talking to Zatca)
  • Good understanding of technology
  • Strong capacities to lead and coordinate projects with internal (up to Senior Management level) and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in Operations Fintech or Finance organisations would be a plus.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and a proactive problem solver, but also a collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferable skills and competencies
  • Good skills in PPT and Excel.
  • Knowledge of MicroStrategy and Salesforce would be a plus.

Education And Qualifications

  • Ideally Master s degree in economics, project management

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years experience in Project Management in an international environment
