- Lead end to end delivery of retail banking transformation programs, including digital banking, core banking enhancements, and channel integration initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Drive project execution using industry standard methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
- Coordinate cross functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA teams, and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal governance, and audit requirements
- Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and escalation management
- Oversee testing cycles including UAT and ensure successful production deployment
- Drive change management and user adoption across business units
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Retail Banking domain
- Strong experience delivering banking transformation projects such as Digital Banking, Core Banking Systems, Payments and Cards Systems, Customer Onboarding/KYC Solutions
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies
- Proven experience managing large scale enterprise programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with vendors and third party implementation partners
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem solving abilities

- Experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar PM tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high pressure environments.
- Strong attention to detail and delivery focus.
