- Lead end to end delivery of Payment Gateway integration projects from requirements to production rollout and post go live support.
- Manage integration with banks, acquiring networks, payment methods, and third party service providers.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Ensure robust QA practices, including validation of payment flows and transaction accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards including PCI DSS, EMV, 3DS, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with development teams to resolve defects, risks, and production issues.
- Manage external vendors and third party partners for seamless integrations.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, milestones, and delivery timelines to senior stakeholders.
- Support planning and delivery of digital wallet features across mobile platforms.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand architecture, APIs, and backend systems.
- Define wallet related requirements aligned with business and user experience goals.
- Manage third party integrations within the digital wallet ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years in techno functional project management roles
- 5+ years of experience in payments or financial services domain
- Strong experience in payment processing systems and payment gateway architectures
- Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and security protocols
- Experience integrating payment gateways with multiple third party providers
- Hands on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Certification in payments domain (e.g., CPP) preferred

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong techno functional expertise in Payment Gateway systems and Digital Financial Services.
- In this role, you will lead the end to end delivery of Payment Gateway integration projects, while also supporting initiatives related to Digital Wallet applications across mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
- The ideal candidate will combine deep payment domain knowledge with strong project leadership capabilities, ensuring seamless cross functional delivery in an Agile environment.

- Exposure to digital wallet ecosystems and mobile payment applications.
- 8+ years in techno functional project management roles.
- 5+ years of experience in payments or financial services domain.
- Strong experience managing cross functional technology projects.
- Hands on experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and coordination abilities.
- Experience with project tracking and documentation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in banking or financial services projects.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Certification in payments domain (e.g., CPP – Certified Payments Professional) preferred.
