- Own the overall implementation plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Drive day to day execution across business, IT, systems integrators, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to approved process designs, BRDs, RACIs, and controls
- Manage SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and go live readiness
- Coordinate change management, training, and business adoption
- Provide structured reporting to senior management (status, risks, decisions required)
- Enforce governance, scope control, and issue escalation
Requirements
- Experience managing large scale transformation programs
- Knowledge of Order to Cash processes and systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and go live readiness

Role Purpose
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of the O2C implementation program, acting as the single point of accountability between business, IT, vendors, and corporate functions to ensure disciplined, timely, and high‑quality execution of the approved to‑be processes and systems.
