Responsibilities
- Log all service calls in the system and update progress as per the defined workflow.
- Visit customers’ homes/sites with prior appointments to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- In cases where spare parts are required, advise the customer on the estimated cost and obtain prior approval or advance payment before placing the request.
- Carry essential replacement components necessary for appliance repairs and record their usage.
- Ensure timely job closure within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and ensure it is service ready at all times.
