- We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of projects end-to-end and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- 📍 Location: Qatar
- 💼 Experience: 3+yrs
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Track milestones, manage risks/issues, and adapt plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure resource allocation and maintain high-quality project governance
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience in managing IT/technology projects
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- 🔹 Preferred:
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
- Experience in client-facing roles and delivering large-scale projects
