Role Purpose
- Lead the delivery of moves, adds and changes (MAC) and small works projects across the corporate real estate portfolio of a leading international banking client in MENA.
- The role owns end to end churn and minor project delivery — from demand intake and scoping through planning, vendor mobilisation, execution and close out — within a regulated banking environment.
Moves & Churn Delivery
- Manage the full MAC lifecycle across the MENA portfolio: demand intake, scoping, migration planning, stakeholder sign off, move execution and post move review.
- Coordinate business unit relocations, desk and team moves, and restack/churn activity, minimising disruption to live banking operations (including out of hours and weekend execution where required).
- Interface with the client's corporate real estate function, business stakeholders, FM, IT, and Security to sequence dependencies (data/voice, access control, asset moves, BAU continuity).
Small Works / Minor Projects
- Deliver small works and minor fit out projects end to end: scope definition, cost estimates, procurement coordination, contractor management, snagging and handover.
- Prepare project documentation to account standards — scope documents, programmes, trackers, risk logs, change control and close out reports.
Commercial & Vendor Management
- Obtain and evaluate quotations; raise and track POs; validate invoices; manage variations and cost control against approved budgets.
- Manage move contractors, furniture vendors, MEP and fit out subcontractors in line with the client's procurement processes and panel arrangements.
- Maintain confirmed vs indicative discipline on all cost reporting.
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain a single source of truth for MAC and small works pipeline — consolidated trackers, status reporting and KPI inputs to the cluster lead.
- Apply account document control standards: version discipline, document control tables, audit ready records.
- Ensure full compliance with the client's site access protocols, H&S requirements, and bank environment constraints; escalate risks proactively and upstream of issues.
Regional Support
- Support the MENA Cluster Lead with regional reporting, capacity cover across markets during peaks or transitions, and continuous improvement of the MAC delivery process.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years' project management experience in corporate real estate, corporate interiors or workplace delivery, with demonstrable hands on MAC/churn delivery.
- Experience delivering small works / minor capex projects (fit out, refurbishment, workplace reconfiguration).
- Experience in banking, financial services or similarly regulated corporate environments strongly preferred.
- MENA market experience and familiarity with regional contractor/vendor ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to operate with senior client stakeholders and business units. Fluent English required; Arabic an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint; CAFM/space management tools an advantage.
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across MENA markets.

- Precise, audit ready documentation habits.
- Client facing professionalism in a premium banking environment.
