Responsibilities
- Oversee overall strategic planning of the project to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor project performance regarding time, cost, HSE, and quality standards
- Establish contractual correspondence with clients on delays and cost impact
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for design and manufacturing activities
- Participate in negotiations for contract finalization with stakeholders
- Assist in creation, submission, and clearance of invoices; monitor budget and cash flow
- Direct engineering, safety, facilities, and production personnel to ensure compliance
- Supervise site managers, supervisors, and technicians in installation and commissioning
- Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling work
- Generate and update project progress reports, planned value, and cash flow projections
- Track project schedule and prepare weekly progress reports for client and internal teams
- Inspect workplace environments, equipment, or practices for safety compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing MEP projects for residential and commercial towers and industrial buildings
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing MEP projects in UAE or any other GCC countries
- PMI PMP Certification preferred
- ESCO industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and authority regulations

Job Purpose
- The MEP Project Manager oversees execution of MEP projects including HVAC, Fire Protection, Lighting, Small Power, ELV systems, Plumbing and Drainage for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, meeting quality standards and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall strategic planning of the project to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee project performance with regards to time, cost, HSE and ensure timely delivery by meeting quality standards.
- Establish necessary contractual correspondence with Client on delays and cost impact.
- Direct or coordinate with suppliers and contractors for Design and Manufacturing related activities.
- Participate in negotiations for contract finalization with project stakeholders.
- Assist, review and coordinate creation, submission and clearance of invoices; monitor budget and project cash flow.
- Direct or coordinate engineering, safety, facilities, and production personnel to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and assign duties to site manager/supervisors/technicians engaged in technical installation and commissioning.
- Prepare estimates used by management for planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Generate and update project progress reports, planned value, invoice projection and cash flow projection.
- Track project schedule and prepare/submit weekly progress reports to client, project manager and internal teams.
- Inspect workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- PMI PMP Certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing MEP projects for residential and commercial towers and industrial buildings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing MEP projects in UAE or any other GCC countries.
- ESCO industry experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and authority regulations.
