Role overview

Project management

• Create and track project schedules, detailed plans, scope statements, resource plans, risk and issue logs, and status reports.
• Tailor project management and support processes to the needs of each project.
• Oversee daily project activities and staff to keep deliverables on schedule and within budget.
• Manage resources, assess organizational capacity, and recommend schedules, priorities, and allocations.
• Make decisions on project trade-offs and risks and drive key decisions across projects.
• Report project plans and status to account managers, clients, and management.

Technical and client responsibilities

• Define technical direction and system design with the development team.
• Coach and train team members on software development and implementation best practices.
• Participate in product design and coding as needed.
• Gather and analyze client feedback on product utilization and address client issues effectively.
• Maintain positive client relations and support business profitability.
• Pursue training, maintain knowledge of HIS applications, and improve computer skills.

Skills and abilities

• Have a strong understanding of software development and integration, including programming languages, APIs, and databases.
• Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions with minimal disruption to client operations.
• Use strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients, communicate technical information, and gather requirements.

Experience and education

• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support in a similar role.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Language and certification

• Have excellent oral and written command of English.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
• Hold an SCE license or certification.
