Join Absal Paul Contracting as a Project Manager to manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover, ensuring delivery in line with program, budget, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover, ensuring delivery in line with program, budget, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project programmes, progress reports, procurement schedules, manpower plans, and site logistics.
- Lead site activities, resolve construction issues, and ensure works are completed to the required standards.
- Manage risks, variations, claims, delays, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, authority regulations, and company procedures.
- Drive timely completion, testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics facilities construction
- Ability to manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover
- Strong coordination and communication skills
