Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and contractual matters from project commencement to final account
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontract agreements, payment applications, variations, claims, and cost reports
- Monitor project cost, budget performance, cash flow, procurement commitments, and commercial risks
- Support the project team in contract administration, notices, delay matters, and entitlement assessments
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on all commercial issues
Requirements
- Experience in managing subcontract agreements, payment applications, variations, claims, and cost reports
- Ability to monitor project cost, budget performance, cash flow, procurement commitments, and commercial risks
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of variations, claims, settlements, and final accounts
- Ensure commercial compliance with contract requirements, company procedures, and project reporting standards
