Role Overview
Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans and procedures
Conduct pre-start-up safety reviews (PSSRs) and hazard assessments
Monitor and supervise all HSE activities on site, including daily safety inspections
Investigate accidents and incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE requirements
Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks for project personnel
Prepare and submit HSE reports and documentation
Liaise with the Regional HSE Manager and other relevant stakeholders

HSE Manager
