Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's business development strategy
- Prepare annual business plans and growth targets
- Identify market sectors aligned with the company's capabilities
- Establish sector-specific growth strategies and client engagement plans
- Monitor market trends and recommend strategic initiatives
- Position the company for major projects and strategic appointments
- Lead business development activities from opportunity identification through award
- Promote repeat business opportunities and long-term client relationships
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business forums
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, consortium arrangements, and joint venture opportunities
- Develop relationships with international and regional organizations
