Absal Paul Contracting is seeking a Construction Manager to lead site construction activities for logistics and industrial facilities in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate should have strong GCC construction experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, distribution centers, industrial facilities, or similar fast-track projects.
The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality standards and safety requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers, and consultants to maintain progress and resolve construction issues.
- Monitor construction programme, manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
- Ensure quality standards, drawings, specifications, method statements, and HSE requirements are properly followed.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, progress reporting, procurement coordination, and risk management.
- Lead site coordination meetings and ensure timely completion of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
Requirements
- Strong GCC construction experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, distribution centers, industrial facilities, or similar fast-track projects.
- Experience in managing daily site operations.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers, and consultants.
- Knowledge of quality standards, drawings, specifications, method statements, and HSE requirements.
- Experience in project planning, progress reporting, procurement coordination, and risk management.
- Experience in leading site coordination meetings and ensuring timely completion of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Experience in supporting testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
