About the Role
Lead strategic IT infrastructure transformation initiatives for a leading Saudi banking client.
The scope includes data center modernization, cloud readiness, network transformation, workplace modernization, platform upgrades, server and storage refresh, and resilience improvements.
Drive enterprise-scale change while keeping business operations running without disruption.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization programs across data center, cloud, network, and workplace domains.
- Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, security, network, and operations teams.
- Manage vendor implementation and enterprise migration plans.
- Ensure zero or minimal business disruption during transformation activities.
- Track budget, risks, resource capacity, and milestones.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure project management or enterprise transformation delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data center, cloud, network, and platform infrastructure domains and enterprise delivery practices.
Must Haves
- PMP certification.
- Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure modernization or transformation programs.
- Hands-on vendor and enterprise migration management experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or other regulated enterprise environments.
- Exposure to cloud migration using AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid infrastructure models.
- Prior experience in Saudi or GCC infrastructure programs.
