Role overview
Serve as a hands-on Retail Liabilities Specialist and subject-matter expert for a banking client in KSA.
Support CASA and deposit propositions across pricing, portfolio performance, acquisition, retention, and product lifecycle activities.
Core responsibilities
- Act as the SME for CASA and deposit product propositions from design through go-to-market.
- Own pricing strategy and cost of funds analysis for retail liability products.
- Monitor and report portfolio performance using key liability KPIs.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies for deposit products.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including enhancements, repricing, sunset, and migration.
- Collaborate with product, pricing, and treasury teams on deposit mix optimization.
- Support development of Sharia-compliant deposit structures where applicable.
