Role Overview
Lead customer value management and segmentation strategy and analytics for the client.
Own segmentation frameworks and translate customer insights into targeted propositions.
Drive measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end customer segmentation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Lead behavioural profiling, value-based segmentation, and lifecycle analysis initiatives.
- Partner with marketing, product, and pricing teams on commercial strategy improvements.
- Own BI reporting and advanced analysis to track segment performance and CVM effectiveness.
- Present insights to senior stakeholders and refine models using performance data and market shifts.
Must-Haves
- 8–11 years of relevant experience in customer segmentation, CVM, or customer analytics.
- A proven record of establishing segmentation strategies or frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong hands-on customer analytics, advanced data analysis, and behavioural profiling experience.
- Strong BI and reporting skills, with the specific tool requirement still to be confirmed.
- Evidence of commercial impact through segmentation-driven acquisition, engagement, retention, or pricing decisions.
